Types of service: Laptop or Desktop Windows operating systems are covered.  Mac / Linux operating systems are not serviceable currently.

Call out: Subject to availability.  Cost varies depending on distance and time spent at location.  Roughly calculated by £10 per hour + (distance in miles from EH8 *1) + VAT.

Hardware Diagnostic: £10

Software Diagnostic: Starting at £10, maximum £30 depending on problem complexity.

Operating system reinstall: £20

Data Recovery: £15 per 60gb.

Driver install: £5 per driver or £15 for all hardware related drivers.

Impartial advice on hardware / upgrades: FREE

Dust, dirt and foreign object removal: £20

Install / uninstall software: £5 per application (cost of software must be met by customer).

Install / uninstall hardware: £5 per installation (cost of hardware must be met by customer).
