Real name Phillip Johnson. An electronic solo artist. Born in Portsmouth in 1983, moved to the highlands of Scotland 1 year later, where he was to grow up. He started an interest in music when he was 13 (1996) and picked up a guitar properly for the first time. He went on to play continuously for 4 years, passing music in Standard and Higher grades at school. His interest in making music increased with his theoretical knowledge of music and also his addiction to drum and bass and many electronic genres. In 2000 He deviated slightly from acoustic songs when he received music2000 for the playstation as a Christmas present from his dad. He never published any music conceived through music2000, since it had its limits as far as sound quality went, and also because by the time he had ready internet access, he was 21 and had done 2 years of college, discovering reason, fruityloops, and other pc based music production programs. The genre of the music published here differs slightly from song to song, and even within the song itself. The music here has been described as hardcore, drumnbass, techno, trance, electro, idm, new age, retrogame and electronic genres. Influences include EZ rollers, 4 Hero, Krust, Pragha Khan, Prodigy, Roni Size, Omni Trio, Dom+Roland, Utah Saints, DJ Shadow, Citron, lots of old computer game music, and many more artists from the underground scene like Jega, Brothomstates, and Boards of Canada.
